About

The mission of the colorado coalition for the homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout colorado. The coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of permanent and transitional housing, health care, and a variety of support services. The coalition's comprehensive approach addresses the causes of homelessness, as well as the consequences, offering critical assistance to over 18,000 individuals and families each year. Additional services are provided by the following entities that are included in the group return: RPMC: renaissance property management corporation (RPMC) provides property management services to 18 low-income residential properties with a combined total of more than 1,900 residential units. RPMC's integrated housing approach combines supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness with affordable housing for working individuals who otherwise could not afford quality housing in desirable locations. RPMC assists residents in maintaining their housing through on-site supportive housing services. RPMC strives to create safe and secure communities that aid in recovery from the trauma of homelessness. RHDC: renaissance housing development corporation (RHDC) plans and develops a variety of supportive affordable housing developments in colorado. RHDC's superior design standards rival market rate developments and prove that environmentally friendly construction CAN be the standard for affordable housing. Units are modified for people living with disabilities and some locations are adjacent to health care and childcare facilities. RHDC selects transit oriented locations along main BUS routes and light RAIL lines. The innovative architectural designs and high environmental standards of RHDC properties ADD significant value to neighborhoods while cultivating pride and well-being among residents and the larger community.
