CPM provides full service property management throughout the MID-atlantic region, managing more than 4,000 affordable apartments. As part of this work CPM oversees marketing, leasing, compliance, and operational management. Additionally, CPM's resident services department provides a crucial link between its residents and communities and a variety of public and private resources that improve resident's quality of life and ensure their needs, related to health,education, employment and more, are being MET. CPM is also a leader in the field of green construction.
