The organization's mission is to bring together ALL available local, state, private, and federal resources in order to reduce poverty, revitalize low-income communities, and empower low-income families and individuals in rural and urban areas helping them achieve a better qualityof life and to attain the skills, knowledge, motivation, and opportunities to become self-sufficient.
