Community dialysis center (CDC) is a charitable organization which treats people with renal disease on an outpatient basis. CDC will operate to the extent of its financial ability for those who are ABLE and expected to pay. CDC will not refuse to accept patients who cannot pay for such services. Medicare and medicaid patients will be served as well.
