Respectively and proactively facilitates services, supports, and solutions; and to advocate for individuals and families that it supports; to coordinate with providers and community partners and to assist people in achieving self determination and making quality of life choices. Services are provided through a contract with the state of oregon, department of human services. Contracts are renewable every two years.
