It shall own, control, preserve, and protect the land, buildings, and improvements that make up Conner Prairie Museum, Inc. It shall own, control, preserve, grow, and ensure the prudent management and investment of endowment funds and other gifts restricted for the benefit of the operations and budgets of Conner Prairie Museum, Inc. It shall serve as trustee and hold and maintain in good repair the William Conner House Public Trust property. It shall foster and facilitate historical preservation.
