Delaware state university foundation, INC promotes and fosters the educational interests of delaware state university, a publicly supported institution of higher education and a corporation of the state of delaware. The foundation seeks to create a sizeable monetary fund to be used for ANY program, project, or enterprise undertaken in the interest of the university.
