The purpose of the depaul college PREP's foundation (the "foundation"), as stated in its articles of incorporation, are: exclusively charitable, religious, and educational within the meaning of the code section 501 (c)(3), and specifically within those purposes to operate as a supporting organizatlon described in code section 509(a)(3) exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of depaul college PREP, an illinois not-for-profit corporation that is described in code section 501(c)(3) and classified as a public charity described in code section 509(a)(1) ("depaul college PREP"), for so long as depaul college PREP shall be in existence and so described, including, without limitation, raising funds in support of depaul college PREP or in furtherance of ANY such purpose; holding funds and assets raised by the board of directors of depaul college PREP or other persons in support of depaul college PREP; disbursing available funds in support of acquiring, holding, and maintaining assets, including real property, in support of depaul college PREP or in furtherance of ANY such purpose and furthering the mission and values of catholic education.
