The EAST LAKE foundation ("the organization or "ELF") provides the tools for families of the villages of EAST LAKE neighborhood in atlanta, georgia, and students of charles r. DREW charter school, located in the same neighborhood, to build a better life for themselves and future generations through education, mixed-income housing, and community wellness.
