The eastern yacht club (the "club") provides quality hospitality and meet the needs of members. To offer recreation and encourage yacht racing, naval architecture, and the cultivation of nautical science with ALL the privileges, and subject to ALL the duties, restrictions and liabilities SET forth in the general LAWS which are applicable to such corporation.
