The foundation is organized exclusively to provide assistance for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3). The purpose of the foundation specifically is 1)to grant scholarships for students to attend accredited post-secondary educational institutions, 2)fund or implement programs for conservation and environmental activities and the relief of the poor or distressed or of the under privileged, 3) to fund charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3).
