The specific objects for which this corporation are formed include, without limitation, (a) providing assistance to worthy young men and women seeking an education at the university of north carolina at chapel HILL (the "university") and (b) supporting university programs by providing funds for the construction of facilities or the purchase of equipment for such programs.
