The purpose of NS-EE Holdings is to serve as the parent entity of each of NorthShore University HealthSystem and Edward-Elmhurst Health. In furtherance of this purpose, NS-EE Holdings supports and encourages community-focused health care and related services through providing financial, management, and other assistance to its subsidiary entities.
