The evjue foundation is a public charity organized under chapter 181 of the wisconsin statutes to make contributions to religious, charitable, educational, civic and cultural organizations in support of activities which benefit or carry out the purposes of the madison community foundation and the university of wisconsin foundation. The foundation is the charitable ARM of the capital times company.
