Our mission is to provide quality mental health services to children and adults in low income families who are impacted by severe and persistent mental illness, emotional disturbances, child abuse and neglect, high-risk behaviors and subtance abuse; and to do this regardless of their ability to pay so we CAN stregthen children, families and communities.
