The applicant is organized and shall be operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, ALL within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The applicant's primary charitable activity will involve providing the services of its employees in various capacities (including for example that of mentors, staff, and/or volunteers) to ANY one or more exempt organizations in and around the gainesville, florida AREA to support the charitable purposes and activities of those organizations. The applicant's employees will receive compensation for providing such services. In addition, the applicant intends to provide educational activities and programs that promote the financial literacy of students in the gainesville, florida AREA (including its employees), likely in the form of a workshop.
