Four Rivers Resource Services, Inc. is established to enable individuals with disabilities to attain self-dependence, inclusion in normal life experiences, and general life enrichment, by working in partnership with them, their families, and the communities it serves. In addition, FRRS helps to develop, assist with the development of, own, operate, and manage affordable housing in southwest Indiana.
