The organization's purpose includes offering children an opportunity to participate in the israeli scout movement in accordance with the purposes of the programs conducted by the israeli scout federation. In addition, the organization seeks to enlighten its members to their relationship with the state of israel. Together with the israeli scouts and the jewish agency for israel, they promote seasonal programs in both the united states of america and israel.
