To enhance the economic, entrepreneurial, and cultural well-being of the People of Puerto Rico by: i Administering, managing, and implementing social, economic, and environmental projects with federal, state, and private funding; ii Stimulating and fostering the establishment of solar communities as well as administering and managing renewable energy systems for the benefit of the community; Strengthening community aqueducts community engagement, infrastructure and management. Additionally, this corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Puerto Rico Community Foundation, Inc., shall be operated, supervised in accordance with the purposes of the Puerto Rico Community Foundation, Inc.
