The fostering of affordable housing; the purchase, rehabilitation, construction, ownership, rental, management, and sale or other disposition of and operation of housing for low-income persons; the raising of capital, initiation and management for investment in affordable housing; the provision of services and facilities for the residents of affordable housing.
