The foundation is organized pursuant to the georgia nonprofitcode. The purposes for which the foundation shall be operated and formed are to receive and manage interest on lawyer trust accounts (iolta) funds, funds from other sources,funds of real or personal property, including the income therefrom, primarily for funding legal services, including public access thereto, for those who LACK the means to employ legal representation.
