The primary purpose of the association is to promote the educational programs of georgia TECH through student BODY participation in "healthful exercises, recreations, athletic games and contests". The association "develops the young people who will change the world". Its mission is to "inspire and empower student-athletes to be champions in academics, competition, and life" while emphasizing four CORE values excellence, innovation, teamwork, and character.
