The mission of goodwill retail services is to support, benefit, and carry out the charitable purposes of goodwill industries of southern california, a california nonprofit public benefit corporation recognized by the internal revenue service (continued on schedule o) as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), and as a public charity described in section 501(a)(1) of the code.
