The corporation has been formed as a supporting organization of president and fellows of harvard college (harvard university or harvard) to conduct, support and develop research and inventions in the life sciences and engineering and to engage in ANY other lawful activity permitted to an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and chapter 180 of the massachusetts general LAWS.
