The mission of Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is to measurably improve the health and well-being of all people in Franklin County and neighboring towns, using a coordinated approach of education, health promotion and outreach. HCC offers health screenings, health education, and health promotion to support healthy lifestyles that prevent disease and improve quality of life for all community members.
