Medstar family choice, a medicaid managed care company, had approximately 177,100 covered lives as of JUNE 30, 2023. In fiscal year 2023, medstar health hospitals had approximately 116,500 inpatient admissions and observation cases and approximately 6,000,000 outpatient visits, including approximately 405,800 emergency visits.
