Was established in march 2001, for the purpose of providing assistance and training to third world countries to improve their healthcare planning and delivery systems. This support focuses on assisting them to achieve a better utilization of the limited healthcare resources within their native countries, as well as within the united states, thereby reducing the dependency on donations and charity and increasing their self-sufficiency.
