Horizon house/delaware, INC. Is one of three service-delivery subsidiaries of horizon house, INC. The continuum of community-based services delivered by this horizon house subsidiaries includes psychiatric disability residential, behavioral health treatment (psychiatric disability outpatient and medication management) and rehabilitation (employment and case management). ALL services provided by horizon house/delaware, INC. Are designed to assist individuals with psychiatric disabilities to learn skills to perform daily living tasks, build social and vocational competencies, manage their resources and reach their highest potential for independent living in the community.
