Horizon house rehabilitation services, INC. Is one of the three service-delivery subsidiaries of horizon house, INC. The continuum of community-based services delivered by this horizon house subsidiary includes mental health and DRUG and alcohol residential, homeless, behavioral health treatment (mental health and DRUG and alcohol outpatient, DRUG and alcohol intensive outpatient, partial and medication management) and rehabilitation (employment, education and case management).
