Hospital for consumptives of maryland (eudowood) (organization) is a nonprofit organization operating exclusively for humanitarian, scientific, and charitable purposes by making contributions to johns hopkins university and johns hopkins hospital (together johns hopkins), including annual contributions in support of the eudowood internal medicine pulmonary division, the eudowood pediatric pulmonary division, the eudowood pediatric infectious disease division, the eudowood neonatology division, the eudowood pediatric allergy and immunology division, and the eudowood pediatric quality and safety division of the of the children's medical and surgical center of johns hopkins and a fellowship for one of the said divisions. The organization is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the IRC.
