Innovating for college success:imentor partners with public high schools in low-income communities, where a majority of students served will be first-generation college graduates. We build mentoring relationships, which empower students to navigate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions. Since 1999, we have matched more than 42,000 students across the country with mentors.our model:whole-school model: we match every student in a school with a college-educated mentor who is deeply integrated into each school's culture.
