The institute of international education, INC. (the "institute") is a not-for-profit organization that was organized and operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to promote international educational and cultural exchanges. (see schedule o).organization's mission statement (continued):the institute's programs include, but are not limited to, managing fellowships and scholarships; assisting threatened students and scholars through its scholar rescue fund, emergency student fund, and other efforts; developing leaders by building leadership skills and enhancing the capacity of individuals and organizations to address local and global challenges; providing strategic resources and services to help faculty and administrators promote international exchange; helping institutions of higher education build capacity; provide services to advance scholarship and build economies; and engaging in research, dialogue and other activities in furtherance of its purpose.
