To assist and protect unaccompanied children who are parties to judicial or regulatory proceedings arising from the immigration LAWS of the u.s., whether in the context of removal proceedings or applications from asylum or otherwise, by providing PRO BONO legal representation and by other means, to examine practices by which children's rights and interests CAN be BEST protected both within the u.s. Immigration process and within the process of repatriating children to their country of origin, to develop educational materials relating to such practices, to operate and maintain related charitable, educational and benevolent programs in furtherance of the aforesaid purposes, either by itself or in partnerships, joint ventures, or consultation arrangements with other entities.
