The mission of laboratory charter school of communication and languages is to provide a program that will prepare students to communicate effectively in more than one language and to see the world from three perspectives: global, international and national. The school will promote: excellence in ORAL and written communication, mastery of more than one language, proficiency in computer issues, appreciation of cultural diversity, concern for international and global issues, and commitment to lifelong learning. It will be characterized by excellence in teaching; instructional methods that connect learning to the real world, practical applications; and close cooperation among communities, parents and teachers.
