The corporation is organized and at ALL times shall operate exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of our supported charities, ALL of which are NON-profit organizations described in IRC section 501(c)(3). The specific purposes of the corporation are to solicit, receive and maintain gifts of money and property and to distribute money and property on behalf of the supported charities and to engage in and conduct charitable, educational and scientific activities related to the supported charities.
