Living beyond breast cancer (LBBC) was founded in 1991 and is a national nonprofit organization that seeks to create a world that understands there is more than one way to have breast cancer. To fulfill its mission of providing trusted information and a community of support to those impacted by the disease, LBBC offers on-demand emotional, practical, and evidence-based content. LBBC addresses the current needs of people affected by breast cancer, whether they are newly diagnosed, in treatment, recovery or living with a history of or managing a metastatic breast cancer. Resources are developed in collaboration with the nation's leading oncologists, health professionals, and allied organizations and are delivered by people who understand the physical and emotional complexities of breast cancer in a variety of ways - in person, printed and digital formats.
