Luminis health gilchrist lifecare institute, LLC was formed to organize, establish, maintain, and operate exclusively for charitable purposes a hospice program and facility and programs and facilities providing palliative, geriatric and hospice and home care and treatment for SICK, infirm and AGED persons, both adult and pediatric, without respect to of race, religion, SEX, AGE or national origin, including the following programs and activities incident to the purposes for which this company is formed: the operation of patient and family counseling programs and activities, the conduct of professional and scientific and research, and for the purpose of performing ANY and ALL services and functions ancillary to, and the doing of ALL things as may be necessary, expedient or incidental for, and ANY and ALL purposes for which the company is formed.
