To promote and advance torah studies among ALL sectors of the jewish scholarly community, including through publishing related materials and networking the dissemination of information. Also including ALL religious, educational, scientific purposes and also including for such purposes as the making of distributions that qualify as exempt under 501c3 of the IRS code.
