The organization invests in limited partnerships which provide low- income housing and supportive services to low-income, homeless, potentially homeless, or otherwise disadvantaged persons, in accordance with its exempt purpose. Most disbursements in furtherance of the organization's exempt-purpose programs are made in the active conduct of the above activities. Otherwise, disbursements in furtherance of the organization's exempt-purpose programs are made in accordance with procedures or subject to conditions established by the organization's board of directors designed to ensure that individuals and organizations receiving disbursements are adequately investigated to establish they are qualified recipients.
