See schedule ometropolitan NY coordinating council is a not-for-profit organization which serves as a primary advocate for the social welfare needs of the poor, near-poor and elderly in the metro NY AREA. The entity is dedicated to the alleviation of social, economic, housing and ANY related problems of the poor, near-poor, working poor, elderly and recently arriving immigrants in the new YORK city AREA. MET council works toward the delivery of needed services by establishing links between various government agencies.
