Description of the Organizations Mission Miami Dade College Foundation is a Florida Not-For-Profit corporation formed to serve as a direct support oranization, as defined in section 1004.70 of the Florida statues, of Miami Dade College, which is legally separate but financially accountable to the College. The Foundation was organized and operates exclusively to receive, hold, invest, and administer property and to reimburse College expenditures for the benefit of student scholarships, educational programs, and cultural events.
