MID-america AGRI-industries VEBA is organized pursuant to i.r.c SEC. 501(c)(9) to establish and maintain a welfare benefit of the plan to provide life, sickness, accident and other benefits for the exclusive benefit of the plan participants and their beneficiaries. Employer and participant contributions, interest income, administration FEE income, membership FEES and miscellaneous income are used to provide plan benefits directly to plan participants and to obtain insurance coverage to provide such benefits.
