MCES provides round-the-clock intensive and comprehensive behavioral health services, including an adult inpatient hospital, to ALL in need in the community. Mission: MCES provides an array of clinically necessary emergency psychiatric and crisis intervention services to persons with a primary or emergent need for such services and who are appropriate for care through our programs.
