The mission of the association is to develop, finance, own, lease and manage safe,quality, permanently affordable housing for low and moderate incomehouseholds throughout fairfield county, connecticut. MHA seeks tocreate a continuum of housing opportunities for ALL sectors of thecommunity and serve as an ongoing producer of affordable housingthroughout the southwestern connecticut region to meet present andfuture housing needs.
