Ncaar promotes recovery and wellness through advocacy, education, and policy initiatives that identify substance use as a public health concern, reduce stigma related to addiction and substance use, and foster macro and micro-level systems change. The organization is dedicated to serving as an advocate for the individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use and mental health concerns to improve access to quality prevention, treatment and recovery services throughout the state.
