NEOB is the federally designated organ procurement organization coordinating organ donation for ALL of OPTN region 1 including connecticut, maine, massachusetts, new hampshire, rhode island, and a portion of vermont. NEOB is the oldest independent OPO in the country and serves 192 acute care hospitals and 14 transplant centers.
