The mission of the new haven center for performing arts is to promote and foster appreciation for the performing arts, through the ownership and operation of indoor and outdoor performing arts facilities; to serve the local community by developing strategic associations with section 501(c)(3) organizations involved in the performing arts to promote life-long learning by developing opportunities that are diverse, multi-disciplinary, and accessible to ALL AGES, ethnic and cultural groups.
This 501(c)(3) elected the 501(h) safe-harbor — lobbying expenditures are capped under a clear dollar formula instead of the "insubstantial part" standard.
