Providing assistance in the forms of gifts, contributions, grants, donations, scholarships and other financial assistance to support for profit and not-for-profit organizations located in the bronx, new YORK, the new YORK metropolitan AREA, the various states, commonwealths or possessions of the united states and elsewhere to the extent permitted under the LAWS of new YORK and applicable federal LAWS.
