The mission of the north shore child and family guidance association, INC. (the "association") is to establish, maintain and operate programs for mentally and emotionally disturbed children, youth and their families; to promote emotional health of children and their families; and to cooperate with and be available to governmental and private agencies and community groups concerned with the mental health of children and their families.
