The ARC of delaware county exists so people with disabilities will live personally fulfilling lives. We have developed values and training in proactive positive behavioral management for out staff and others that serve people with disabilities. The organization serves intellectual and developmentally disabled citizens ("individuals") through various functional programs including day programming, residential services, community habilitation, SEMP, access, pathway, medicaid service coordination, transitional services and preschool services (center & EVAL).
